**Position Description**:

- Project Control Officer assumes project support responsibility for all aspects of the project over the entire project life cycle.
- Managing onboarding activities for new members, including project setup, system access
- Consolidate input from Account Directors for Weekly Dashboard
- Good Understanding of Intermediate / Advanced MS-Excel, MS-Office.
- Produce decks and status reports or other meeting minutes and follow up with the relevant individuals;
- Sales Pipeline maintenance & Analysis (Global CRM's).
- Assist, co-ordinate and manage Mandates SOW, Change Requests for clients & onshore counterparts.
- Interface with Upstream Quality teams to influence compliance for projects under the Portfolios.
- Weekly & Monthly alignment and review Budget against forecast. Develop reporting packages for project management to review budget to actuals, forecasts, etc.
- Financial reconciliation and revenue leakages management. Support project managers and RMG in staffing coordination, including tracking open needs, scheduling interviews and reporting status
- Create or update any process documentation required for overall understanding in the Finance Team.
- Maintain awareness and participate in on-going changes to any project reporting tools.
- Support and transform MPPs into the EPM and be responsible for on-going configuration and management of this workflow platform
- Timesheet management (following up timesheet status, posting timesheets, coordination on adjustment of timesheets, opening & closing of timesheet periods)
