Designation: Associate Sales Consultant/Senior Associate Sales Consultant

Level: Executive/Senior Executive B2B Sales.

CTC: Upto 4 LPA + Incentives

Location: Sector-44, Gurugram, Haryana
- Sound knowledge of insurance products like Motor, Life, Health & Commercial Lines insurance.
- Primary role - Drive sales through the agency network by on boarding new clients/partners
- Conduct continuous agent training program
- Ensuring adherence to documented processes, procedures and controls
- Recruit, train agents and generate business from them.
- Responsible for licensing and tracking activation of the same regularly.
- Using sales scripts to provide information about products features, prices etc. and present their benefits to drive sales.
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with partners to encourage repeat business.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of insurance products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
- Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets concerning call volume and sales.
- Lead Generation II Cold Calling - Call existing and potential partners to inform, convince and sell the company's products and services.
- Building a strong relationship with the old and existing partners.
- Coordinating with quotation, claim and renewal team to fetch required documents.

**Salary**: ₹10,982.77 - ₹43,768.25 per month
