**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Strategic Leadership: Develop, communicate, and execute the company's international sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets. Provide clear direction and leadership to the international sales team.
- Market Analysis: Research and analyze global market trends, competition, and customer demands to identify opportunities and threats.
- Stay up-to-date with economic and political factors that can impact international sales.
- To promote, sell and develop service offers activity to all market segments
- Sound Knowledge in Weather Sensors, Meteorological equipment, Solar, Wind Market.
- Approach customer’s key players to secure orders.
- Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with international clients, partners, distributors, and key stakeholders. Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Expansion: Identify and evaluate opportunities to enter new international markets and expand the company's global presence.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
