Sra - Valuations (Bluewhale)

The professional will have the opportunity to work directly with the valuations team of a leading private debt asset manager to primarily perform day-to-day valuation reporting related tasks for managed funds.

Key Responsibilities:

- Building and maintaining valuation models for finance teams, including coordinating with 3rd party independent valuation specialists
- Supporting the BXC monthly and quarterly valuation process by creating deliverables including portfolio company dashboards, portfolio summaries, liquidity analyses, etc.
- Adhering to best practices in development of valuation methodologies, including compliance with ASC 820 Fair Value guidance
- Performing analysis to incorporate all relevant information to the valuation process including analysis of the transaction structure, the modeling and methodology adopted, available market data and/or any proxies considered appropriate, applicable reserves/valuation adjustments and any relevant regulatory, risk or accounting considerations
- Assisting with LP and stakeholder reporting by maintaining company performance metrics and valuation analytics on a centralized platform
- Supporting the year-end audit valuation testing by responding to audit inquiries relating to valuation models and related documentation
- Prepare valuation presentations for finance teams whenever required
- Perform special projects and ad-hoc analyses determined by the needs of Senior Management
