Versatile experience on Analysis of Primary & Secondary (Fuselage, Wing and Empennage) structures
- Good working experience in MRB / Concession on Metallic and Composite primary and Secondary structures
- Airbus project exp is must
- Very Strong knowledge on Strength of Materials and Engineering Mechanics
- Expertise in Static and Fatigue and Damage tolerance of metallic structures using FEA and hand calculation
- Good working experience of metallic and Composite primary and secondary structures.
- Should have leadership qualities and good communication verbal and written skills so as to communicate with client and lead offices
- Hands of experience on crack initiation and propagation modules using ISAMI
- Ability to understand load path
- Ability to calculate load exceedances
- Good experience about automation (e.g. Excel VB Macro, Python).
- Hands of experience on Hypermesh/HyperView/Nastran
- Expertise in excel templates/spreadsheets preparation
- Expertise in Engineering mechanics and analytical calculation using classical methods
- Stress/Load FEM extraction from GFEM/DFEM
- Spectrum analysis or S-N curve method
- Extensive knowledge of Aircraft Sizing and Certification process Experience 2-7 Years
