- Responsible for sourcing, identifying, and closing IT professionals
- Recruiting for Temporary/Contractual, Permanent, Temp to Hire.Positions using job portals like LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Career Builder, indeed and Internal database.
- Advertising Jobs in Job Portals and social media like LinkedIn, Blogs, Google Groups, etc.
- Recruiting USA Citizens, Green Cards, EAD, H1B, OPT & CPT Visa Holders on all the tax terms (W2, 1099 & C2C).

Should Have Excellent Communication Skills.
