**JOB TITLE : ADMIN**

Finix Labels is a label manufacturing company established in 1990, located in Kottayam with branches in Calicut and Bangalore. We are one of the leading label suppliers in South India.
**Work Location: Kottayam**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness.
- Maintain electronic and paper records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide administrative support to executives and staff members as needed, including drafting documents, preparing reports, and conducting research.
- Manage office systems, and equipment and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Liaison with Government offices for compliance. if needed.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
**Skills Required**:
- Proven experience similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Tasks orientation and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good Interpersonal skills and friendly nature
- Ability to maintain confidential information
**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent
**Gross Salary**: ₹15,000 per month
**Education**: Graduates preferred
**Experience**: 2-3 years in a similar role
