Roles and Responsibility
- Objective / RoleWe are looking for dynamic sales resources who can lead our Finsure Sales across various products including RB Health, RB Life, and RB Cards.-
**Responsibilities**:Work on various market dynamics and product lines like RB Life, RB Health, and RB Cards to increase partner profitability and earning capacity.-
Help sourcing / servicing sellers of the products as per the agreed mix and policy.-
Conduct induction training and Coordinate with sales training team for product and ongoing training for the respective Partners.-
Develop and execute strategies to reach out to various market segments.-
Monitoring seller/partner performance on the common variables of segment way to market - Renewal / Fresh database, funnel, and closures.-
Maintaining the high active percentage of partners.-
Controlling attrition of partners.-
Reconciliation of partner accounts and coordination with all the departments for same.Skills and Experience Required:Minimum 1-year relevant experience preferably in insurance, broking, Banks & NBFC in Personal Loan, Credit cards sales companies, Asset Management.-
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interface with cross-functional teams and management.-
Good communication skills, Critical Thinking, Analytical, problem solving.
