Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field is a plus Experience
- 1 experience in a customer service role, preferably in the travel and tourism industry Technical and Functional Skill sets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude. Additional eligibility requirements
- Knowledge of travel booking systems and software. Experience in sales or upselling travel packages and services. Key interactions External

- No decision making is expected from this job role. Supervisory responsibilities
- This position does not supervise any other position. Work environment
- Must follow all process, procedures and precautions associated with a sterile operations site. One day weekly off, which will change according to the roster.Physical demands
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to work at odd working hours as required by Business Needs. Travel required
- Minimal to no travel is required for this job role. Work authorization/security clearance requirements
- Must be an Emirati / Authorized to work in UAE

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
