**Job Title - **Draughtsman Liaison

**Job Location - Pune**

**Qualification - Graduation**

**Work Experience - 3-4 Years**

**Primary Skill - Drafting Skills, AutoCad, Legal/Bylaws Knowledge**

**Annual CTC - ** 3.6 LPA
- Coordination and follow up with Design team, liaison indoor and outdoor team for deadlines and updates.
- Prepare municipal drawings for Building permission sanction.
- Coordinate with client with respect to phase wise sanction.
- Study and update the team about new bylaws of the Govt. for respective region
- Report and update Management about the status of submission of documents
- Resolving client queries
- Update design team and client in case of any changes in drawings while sanction or otherwise
- Liaison leadership: (LL)

i) Understand the documentation and paperwork submitted by the client for sanction
ii) Prepare municipal drawings for Layout Sanction for EC
iii) Prepare municipal drawings for Building permission sanction
iv) Prepare municipal drawings for all required NOCs
v) Study and update the team about new bylaws of the Govt. for the respective region
vi) Provide stage-wise certificate checking and sanction stage checking
vii) Update design team and client in case of any changes in drawings while sanction or otherwise
viii) Ensures that the organization does not have to bear any penalty pertaining to legal non-compliance
ix) Prepare Challan as per the stages of sanction.

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
