**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**:
Must be a self-starter with positive attitude, high ethics, and a track record of working successfully under pressure in a time-constrained environment
Must keep current with design trends in the industry, and take an interest in our design operations and contribute to BGS UX initiatives
Must have experience in fully participating in research activities
Must have experience in conducting user interviews, work with data analysts on surveys, and participate in design sprints
Must have experience in working with product owners to analyze research data and use it to create journey maps, scenarios, service blueprints and other documentation
Must have experience in developing solutions through brainstorming, sketching, and creation of mockups, regularly seeking feedback from the team and providing feedback and guidance to other team members. Must present concepts to product management and other stakeholders
Must have experience in creating prototypes and present them to management and other stakeholders
May have experience in plan and conduct testing activities, working directly with users and collecting feedback
Must have experience in working closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation and appropriate use of the design system. Those with front end development skills may contribute components to the design system
Must have experience in creating surveys and work with data analysts to track usage metrics
Must be conversant in all of the core UX skill areas with Advanced proficiency in a few key skills. The skills we would expect a product designer to have an affinity for are visual design, information architecture, interaction design, prototyping, front end development, presentation, or writing
Must have hands-on work experience in Figma, Sketch, InVision and Adobe design tools
Must understand the structured, iterative, and agile software development processes
Knowledge of aviation industry is preferred

**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)**:
Bachelors/ Master's Degree, preferably from a premium design institute
