Social Media Strategy: Developing and implementing an effective social media strategy that aligns with the client's goals and objectives. This includes determining the target audience, selecting appropriate social media platforms, and planning content strategies.
- Content Creation: Creating engaging and relevant content for social media channels, including posts, images, videos, and other media formats. The social media manager should have a good understanding of the client's brand voice and be able to produce content that resonates with the target audience.
- Community Management: Monitoring and engaging with the client's social media community. This involves responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner. The social media manager should be able to build and maintain positive relationships with the audience and address any customer inquiries or issues.
- Analytics and Reporting: Tracking and analyzing social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies. The social media manager should be proficient in using social media analytics tools and be able to provide regular reports to the client, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Advertising and Promotion: Planning and executing social media advertising campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions. The social media manager should be familiar with various advertising platforms, such as Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, and have experience in optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Brand Monitoring: Monitoring social media platforms for mentions of the client's brand or relevant industry keywords. The social media manager should be proactive in identifying and addressing any negative feedback or potential reputation issues.
- Stay Updated on Trends: Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing. The social media manager should be able to identify new opportunities for the client and suggest innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaboration and Communication: Working closely with the client to understand their needs, goals, and preferences. The social media manager should be able to effectively communicate the client's requirements to the team and coordinate with other departments or external partners, such as graphic designers or content writers.

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
