E-commerce Executive

**Position Overview**:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our FBA team. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing inventory circulation, reconciliations, and reporting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with established financial guidelines. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day Inventory transactions, including company warehouse and all FBA sites inventory, receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Reconcile and maintain accurate reporting, ensuring discrepancies are promptly identified and resolved.
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets for accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
- Assist in the preparation of regulatory and tax filings.
- Monitor financial transactions to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Participate in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, Accountant, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of amazon FBA process with basic accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
