Service Solution Workshop Designer

Introduction

The Service Solutions Workshop Designer will be assessed on the adoption of IBM Hybrid Cloud and AI technologies across IBM’s Service Partners. This role will require significant collaboration with IBM Ecosystem Leaders, IBM Brand teams and IBM Research. You will work alongside a highly cohesive, fast paced and outcome oriented global team.

Your Role and Responsibilities
- Utilize IBM Design Thinking, Agile, DevOps, Scrum, and Analytics skills
- Leverage IBM Design Methodology, frameworks and tools to provide guidance to sponsors, stakeholders, and Partners on joint GTM viability, new solution design, and communicate a comprehensive business case & value proposition.
- Employ Interactive engagement techniques to draw out client concerns, identify pertinent facts, and develop recommendations.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities and behaviors in dealing with individuals and multi-functional teams of Partner and IBM Teams
- Showcase Design domain expertise in providing thought leadership and advisory tailored to the Partners needs.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Design experience (5yrs)
- IBM Design Thinking (3yrs)
- Design research (1yr)

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Consulting experience
