- Work closely with other departments such as marketing and logistics to ensure seamless operations.
- Proactively identify and address challenges in sales processes.
- Propose solutions to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate smooth operations between sales teams and clients.
- Act as a liaison to ensure efficient communication and coordination.
- Assist in managing client accounts and orders.
- Coordinate sales activities, including scheduling meetings and preparing sales materials.
- Handle inquiries and provide support to sales representatives.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
- Assist in preparing sales forecasts and budgets.
- Organize and maintain sales-related documentation and databases.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and follow-up.
- Basic understanding of retail trading and FMCG industry dynamics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Masters in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales coordination or related roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel & Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
