Position Overview:
As a Social Media Executive, you will play a pivotal role in executing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage with audiences, and drive business objectives. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities on various social media platforms, creating compelling content, analyzing performance metrics, and fostering community interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute social media plans and campaigns in alignment with marketing goals and brand objectives.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, responding promptly and engaging with the audience in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars, ensuring consistency in messaging and alignment with campaign timelines.
- Generate creative ideas for social media content, including text, image, video, and interactive formats, to drive engagement and increase followership.
- Utilize social media management tools to schedule posts, track performance metrics, and analyze data to optimize content strategy.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities for improvement and stay abreast of industry trends.
- Implement social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, audience targeting, ad creation, and performance monitoring.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and website traffic, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content for social media posts.
- Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and partners to amplify brand reach and engagement.
- Stay updated on emerging social media platforms, features, and trends, recommending new strategies for experimentation and growth.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive, Social Media Coordinator, or similar role.
- In-depth understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar platforms.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms and audiences.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in running social media advertising campaigns, including familiarity with ad targeting options and optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to social media engagement.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team player with strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to learn and experiment with new ideas and technologies.
