Fratelli is one of India’s leading wine producers and largest privately owned wine estate. Fratelli which

means ‘brothers’ in Italian, is a shared dream between 3 families and a Tuscan winemaker with an

experience of over 50 vintages. The idea was always to be an estate owned vineyard allowing

Company to produce great quality wines from Indian terroir. Fratelli’s vineyards of 240+ acres are

located in Akluj, Maharashtra. The 40,000 sq. ft. winery is a first of its kind structure for any Indian

wine company which is embellished with state-of-the-art plant and machinery. It has an installed

capacity of over 2 million liters and equipped with multi-capacity tanks especially imported from Velo,

Italy -a first by any wine company in Asia. We produce and bottle about 28 different labels across

various categories. Our wines have won 60+ awards and medals including the prestigious Decanter

world wine, Decanter Asia wine, SWA, Wine enthusiast and many more.

Key Responsibilities
- In charge of all trainings and tastings in the region (objective to increase listing of turbo premium

& super premium brands in luxury and iconic on-trades.
- Train other staff members on wine knowledge and service techniques, ensuring that the entire

team is well-equipped to assist customer’s with wine-related inquiries or orders.
- Open new outlets for Fratelli wines target list identified.
- Leading all events & associations (be the face of the brand).
- Successfully launch Master Selection brand in North & East.
- Popularize and advocate the concept of peach wines wherever potential (especially North-East).
- Identify and execute any other events/associates for the brand.
- Assist the team in launching India’s first ever Digital Sommelier.

- Willingness to work outside regular business hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
