Junior Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the installation and maintenance of solar photovoltaic systems, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Plan and schedule daily tasks for the installation team, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely project completion.
- Conduct site assessments and surveys to determine project feasibility and requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations throughout all phases of project execution.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and optimize project performance.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including installation records, inspection reports, and material inventory.
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure all installed systems meet company standards and customer expectations.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to project managers and clients, addressing any concerns or delays promptly.
- Keep abreast of industry developments and best practices in solar energy technology and installation techniques.

**Qualifications**:

- ITI, Diploma, B.Tech
- Proven experience1 to 2 year in supervising solar energy projects, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar photovoltaic systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of solar energy systems, inverters, racking systems, and electrical components.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical diagrams, and construction drawings.
- Knowledge of relevant safety standards and regulations (NEC, OSHA) pertaining to solar installations.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and project management software.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
