**Experience**:

- Minimum 1-5Years of experience in stringer maintenance within the solar or renewable energy industry.

**Skills**:

- Hands-on experience with PV string inverters, DC systems, and electrical troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of solar PV system design, installation, and maintenance.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for solar systems.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and standards (e.g., OSHA, NFPA 70E).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
