**Duties & Responsibilities**:
Performing skilled grooming to pets as per the owner's instructions and suggestions including all special requests.
- Cleaning up post the grooming session.
- Notifying the owner of any medical requirements that the pet needs including skin conditions, ear infections.
- Safety of the pets during the grooming process.

**Requirements**:

- Must be 18 years of age and above
- Grooming-related qualification/certification.
- Proven 1+ years of professional grooming experience.
- Basic communication skills/customer service skills.
- The ability to calm and control nervous dogs

**Skills & Competencies**
- Professionalism: Must cater to pets and the owners with utmost professionalism.
- Customer-service skills: Cater to special requests of the customers and ensure they return as repeated customers.
