**Position Summary**

We're seeking a talented 3D Designer to join our growing design team. In this role, you'll transform design concepts into detailed, visually compelling 3D models and visualizations of our modular furniture.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- **3D Design and Modeling**: Create detailed 3D models of modular furniture components, kitchen and assemblies using software such as AutoCAD and Google SketchUp.
- **Preliminary Design Plans**: Develop initial design sketches, including electrical and partition layouts when necessary.
- **Visualization and Rendering**: Produce high-quality renderings and visualizations to showcase our furniture designs in various settings and configurations for both internal review and marketing purposes.
- **Material and Furnishing Specification**: Collaborate with the clients to select materials, finishes, lighting, and other accessories for our modular furniture solutions.
- **Problem Solving**: Proactively identify and resolve design challenges, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and functional integrity.

**Competencies and Skills Desired**
- **Design Tools Expertise**: Strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2D, Google Sketchup, and other relevant design and visualization software.
- **Creativity and Innovation**: Demonstrated ability to think creatively and produce innovative design solutions tailored to modular furniture concepts.
