The Booking Executive for a hotel plays a crucial role in managing reservations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and optimizing occupancy rates. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of the hotel's facilities and services.

Profile Responsibilities
- Reservation Management:

- Assist guests in selecting appropriate accommodations based on their needs and preferences.
- Manage room availability and update the reservation system accordingly.
- Process reservations accurately and efficiently, ensuring all required information is obtained and recorded.
- Customer Service:

- Provide exceptional customer service to guests throughout the reservation process.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Handle complaints or issues effectively, striving to resolve them to the guest's satisfaction.
- Offer recommendations for dining, amenities, and activities to enhance the guest experience.
- Revenue Optimization:

- Maximize room occupancy and revenue by strategically managing room inventory.
- Monitor reservation trends and adjust pricing and availability as needed to optimize revenue.
- Implement upselling and cross-selling techniques to promote additional services or upgrades.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop promotional offers and packages.
- Administrative Duties:

- Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest information, and payments.
- Prepare reports on reservation statistics, occupancy rates, and revenue performance.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and front desk, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Assist with billing and invoicing processes as necessary.
- Training and Development:

- Stay informed about hotel policies, procedures, and amenities to provide accurate information to guests.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to reservation management and customer service.
- Share insights and best practices with colleagues to improve overall performance and guest satisfaction.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
