**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct one-on-one or group coaching sessions to help clients develop and refine their business strategies, leadership skills, and overall professional capabilities.
- Utilize a variety of coaching techniques to identify and address individual or team challenges, fostering a positive and growth-oriented mindset.
- Leverage your expertise in corporate training to design and deliver effective training programs that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on your experience as a marketing manager to assist clients in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
- Enhance business communication skills of clients through targeted coaching sessions, workshops, and feedback sessions.
- Collaborate with clients to set and achieve measurable goals, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve coaching methodologies.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique challenges and tailoring coaching approaches accordingly.
- Foster a positive and collaborative coaching environment that encourages open communication, feedback, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a corporate trainer, marketing manager, or in a similar role for at least 5 years.
- Strong command of both English and Malayalam languages, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional coaching certification is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and navigate diverse business environments.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proficiency in using technology and tools for virtual coaching sessions and training programs.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Flexibility to adapt coaching techniques to meet the unique needs of each client.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
