Student Placement & Career Development:
Develop and implement effective placement strategies to ensure high student placement rates.

Build and maintain relationships with companies, industries, and corporate partners for campus recruitment.

Organize campus placement drives, career fairs, and industry interaction sessions.

Train students on resume building, interview skills, and professional etiquette.

Guide students in career planning, internships, and job opportunities.

Monitor and analyze placement data, ensuring continuous improvement.

Hiring & Recruitment Management:
Oversee faculty and staff recruitment, ensuring hiring aligns with the institution's needs.

Develop job descriptions, post job openings, and conduct screening and interviews.

Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and verification for new hires.

Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in placement, recruitment, or HR roles, preferably in an educational institution.

Strong network with corporate recruiters and industry professionals.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to train and mentor students for career development.

Proficiency in recruitment software and MS Office.
