**Job Summary**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Consultation and Briefing**:

- Meet with clients to understand their design preferences, goals, budget, and project requirements.
- Conduct site visits to assess space functionality, layout, and potential design challenges.
- Prepare detailed client briefs and design proposals based on discussions.
- **Concept Design and Development**:

- Create design concepts, mood boards, and preliminary sketches that align with client expectations.
- Develop detailed plans, including layout, color schemes, furniture selections, materials, and finishes.
- Present design proposals to clients for approval, including 3D renderings, CAD drawings, and material samples.
- **Space Planning and Layout**:

- Optimize space planning to create functional and visually appealing layouts.
- Ensure that designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
- Coordinate with architects and structural engineers to ensure design feasibility and integration with construction plans.
- **Material and Product Selection**:

- Research and source materials, furniture, lighting, and accessories that fit within the project’s budget and design concept.
- Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to procure materials and furnishings at competitive prices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, materials, and innovations in interior design.
- **Project Management and Coordination**:

- Manage the design process from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Collaborate with contractors, electricians, plumbers, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution.
- Oversee installation and construction phases to ensure design integrity and quality control.
- **Budgeting and Cost Management**:

- Prepare project cost estimates and budgets, ensuring designs are achievable within financial constraints.
- Track and manage project expenses to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding budget updates, revisions, and any potential additional costs.
- **Presentation and Documentation**:

- Create detailed drawings, plans, and documentation for construction and implementation teams.
- Prepare design presentations for clients and stakeholders, including material boards, 3D models, and technical drawings.
- Ensure all documentation complies with industry standards and client requirements.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with other team members, including architects, project managers, and vendors, to ensure design goals are met.
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the project to provide updates and address concerns.
- Foster a positive relationship with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- **Sustainability and Compliance**:

- Incorporate sustainable design practices by selecting eco-friendly materials and energy-efficient solutions.
- Ensure all designs adhere to local building codes, environmental regulations, and industry standards.
- Advocate for sustainable design solutions that minimize environmental impact.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and fixture

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
