- 1- About IIMUIC**IIM Udaipur Incubation Centre (IIMUIC)** is a Technology Business Incubator established with the support of IIM Udaipur and the National Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Board (NSTEDB) of Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India. The Centre is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting innovation and entrepreneurship through collaboration and development. - 8- Consolidated Pay- Between Rs. 34,000 - 40,000/- per month- 9- Reporting Officer- CEO, Incubation Centre- 10- Key Responsibilities- The Programme Associate will coordinate programs, events, and other core outreach activities of IIMUIC, including strategizing and execution of various programs for start-ups. She/he will join our team in supporting the next generation of entrepreneurs through our Startup programmes.**Primary responsibilities will include**:

- Support the management in designing and implementing high quality startup incubation/acceleration programmes in line with the centre’s mandate.
- Ensure alignment between the different stakeholders of our startup support programmes including government agencies, corporate entities, industry experts and facilitators through clear and consistent communication.
- Application sourcing, evaluation, due diligence, and selection committee briefing to aid selection of start-ups into our programmes.
- Identify industry experts, mentors, and investors for the programmes.
- Manage outreach and post event feedback, with an opportunity to improve future programme design.
- Assist in drafting / reviewing MoUs / LoIs with the entrepreneurs / mentors / partners.
- Work with Student E-Cell to organise periodical entrepreneurship events on the campus.
- Perform such other duties as required and appropriate to the objectives of this position and the needs of the organization.
- 11- Qualification- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Admin, Finance, Economics, Science, Engineering, or related field with 1 years of relevant work experience with an Incubation Centre.- Demonstrated ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment with limited supervision (including proactively seeking guidance when needed).
- Passionate about personal development and career mentorship.
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills with an ability to develop and maintain effective business relationships.
- Work experience with an Incubator/VC firm will be a plus.
