**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Shift Incharge to join our team at RelSus, a leading food manufacturing company. The Production Shift Incharge will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating production activities during assigned shifts to ensure efficient operation and adherence to quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Supervise and lead production team members during assigned shifts, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.

2. Coordinate production activities, including equipment setup, operation, and maintenance, to optimize production efficiency and minimize downtime.

3. Monitor production processes and equipment performance, identifying and addressing any issues or deviations from standards to ensure product quality and consistency.

4. Train and mentor production staff on operating procedures, safety protocols, and quality control measures to enhance team performance and competency.

5. Conduct regular inspections of production areas and equipment to ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and compliance with food safety regulations.

6. Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance, quality assurance, and logistics, to address production-related issues, implement process improvements, and meet production targets.

7. Maintain accurate production records, including production reports, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance logs, to facilitate performance monitoring and reporting.

8. Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations to create a safe and productive work environment for all employees.

9. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, such as lean manufacturing projects or quality improvement teams, to enhance production efficiency and product quality.

10. Perform other duties as assigned by management to support production operations and achieve company objectives.

**Requirements**:
1. Master's degree in Chemistry or Biotechnology

2. 1-3 years of experience in the food manufacturing industry, with a strong understanding of production processes, equipment, and quality control practices.

3. Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise and motivate production teams.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented approach to resolving production-related issues.

6. Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality management systems, such as HACCP, GMP, and SQF, preferred.

7. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by production schedules.

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
