Ordering process - Managing and processing sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of products and services.
Market Research - Gathering and analyzing data from market and to understand customer requirement.
Prospect and lead Generation - To identify the Potential customer and generating leads through Visit, cold calling, and other mode of methods
Daily Schedule - Visit at given location and find the source of closing order. 70% of task to be completed and if required to arrange sales head for final closer.
Customer Visit - Conducting in-person visit with potential customer and to understand their needs.
Relationship Building - Building and maintaining strong relationship with customer through regular visit and communication.
New Lead - To generate new leads on daily basis and minimum 5 site to visit as per given location.
Negotiation and closing of order - Negotiating terms, prices will be assigned for the closer of the order.
Communication - Good communication between the Reporting manager (Product Head), customers, and other internal departments. Effective communication is key to coordinating various tasks and addressing customer inquiries and Resolving on time.
Documentation - Maintaining and organizing sales-related documents, contracts, and records. This includes keeping track of customer information, sales reports, and other relevant data every week on week and Monthly.
Supporting Sales Team - Assisting the sales team in preparing sales Visits, Making presentations, proposals, and quotations. Providing administrative support to help the team achieve their sales targets.
Customer Service - Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service to build and maintain positive relationships.
Scheduling and Coordination - Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for Sales leader. This may also involve arranging travel plans and Site visit.
Data Analysis - Analyzing sales data and trends to provide insights that can be used to improve sales strategies and performance.
Pay: ₹10,465.51 - ₹20,000.00 per month
