Assist design team members in the execution of assigned design projects for clients.

Apart from this, you should have a sound knowledge of building structures. You should possess excellent leadership skills with the ability to work for flexible working hours. In addition to this, you should be able to maintain a healthy relationship with all teams.

**Responsibilities**
- Must have excellent knowledge of site coordination, procurement and filling of BOQs
- Check and certify bills, and ensure payments are made on time.
- Verify procurement and on-site delivery of all materials, and ensure safe and secure storage of the same.
- Ensure Quality, Safety, Cost and Timelines are looked after.
- Quality checking of materials received at site as per the Work Order/Purchase Order.
- Should be able to handle the site independently.
- Check plans, drawings, site measurements, quantities for accuracy of calculations & bill checking.
- Execute all interior and MEP works on site as per drawings. Monitor contractor's deliverables.
- Carry out day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.
- Oversee quality control and health and safety matters on site.
- Preparing monthly bills and following up on payments.

**Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications**
- 2 years of experience working as a Architectural and Interior Site Supervisor
- Knowledge of reading working drawings.
- Strong software skills inc. Word, Excel, and web use to a minimum of intermediate level.
- Staff & Labour management.
- Fluent in English, Tamil and Hindi.

- Exceptional ability to deal with complaints in a timely manner.
- Outstanding negotiation skills.
- A close eye for details.
- A keen understanding of project management.

- Ability to work flexibly and on own initiative.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
