**Full Job Description**

The individual should have experience is successful execution of residential(architectural and interior part) and commercial site.
- Interior Supervision and Understanding of interior site, capacity to manage and control all agencies and contractors at the site.
- Should be able to deliver the site within the stipulated time frame.
- Interior project execution, preparing work schedule, taking site measurement, assigning work to vendor based on project priority, checking work progress in factory
- Inspecting and surveying buildings, plans and drawings.
- Supervising the work as it is carried out.
- Working to a brief, which details what the space will be used for.
- As well as advising clients, interior designers must work closely with other professionals.

Analyzing blueprints/ drawings to ensure that projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
Supervising, coordinating and scheduling the daily activities of Interior work.
Supervising and instructing the all team as well as subcontractors.
Resolving work problems and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality
Establishing methods to meet work schedules and coordinating work activities with other departments/subcontractors/supervisors/managers.
Supervising, coordinating and scheduling the activities of related apprentices, helpers and laborer's.
Preparing schedules, work progress and other reports
Ordering materials and supplies to office with in time
Ensuring standards for safe working conditions are observed
Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
Site Supervisor Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, construction science, civil engineering, or related field is preferred.
Proven experience working as a site supervisor.
Sound knowledge of building codes and interior safety regulations.
Working knowledge of interior work tools and equipment.
The ability to interpret blueprints.
Outstanding leadership skills and Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Residences/ Villas/ Hotel experience is preferred

The role will include but not be limited to:

- Liaising and coordinating with subcontractor's
- Supervision and coordination of site personnel and subcontractors
- Reporting of all relevant site activities and managing the quality of work performed to office every day
- Oversee and manage Health and Safety
- Ensure site works are being performed in accordance to policies and plans
- Arrange and deliver meetings as necessary to facilitate construction works
- Receive and review shop drawings
- Any other duties as directed by the Contracts manager
- calculation of quantity from BOQ
- measurement of site work
- Ensure all the task can done with in the time line of project.
- Maintaining of daily labor reports of sites and must submit to every day.
- Maintaining record of material used at site every day

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
