**Responsibilities**:
Being a fully residential campus, the Office of Residence Life at RSOI plays a very critical role in creating a safe and comfortable living on campus, “a home away from home” experience for the hostel students. It works towards the overall (social, emotional and cultural) well-being of students, ensuring their civil and congenial participation in campus residence life.

**Qualifications and skills**
- Bachelor's / Master’s Degree with Hostel experience
- Experience in Hostel administrations and pastoral care in a full fledged Residential School
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
