We are seeking a motivated and innovative urban planner to join our team. As an urban planner, you will play a crucial role in shaping the development and growth of our communities. You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders including government agencies, community groups, developers, and residents to create sustainable, livable, and vibrant urban environments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct research and analysis on demographic trends, land use patterns, transportation systems, and environmental factors to inform planning decisions.
- Prepare and present comprehensive plans, zoning ordinances, and development regulations for review and approval by local government agencies.
- Engage with stakeholders through public meetings, workshops, and outreach efforts to gather input and feedback on planning initiatives.
- Evaluate the potential impact of proposed projects on traffic flow, infrastructure, and the natural environment.
- Provide expertise and guidance on urban design principles, including the layout of streets, parks, and public spaces.
- Monitor and evaluate the implementation of planning policies and initiatives, and recommend adjustments as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in urban planning, geography, architecture, or a related field.
- **6- 15 **years of experience working in urban planning or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in GIS, CAD, and other planning tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of urban design principles, zoning regulations, and land use planning practices.
- Familiarity with relevant state and local laws governing land use and development.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
