Administrative tasks: Managing office operations, handling correspondence, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.

Accounting tasks: Handling financial transactions, processing invoices, managing accounts receivable and accounts payable, and assisting with budgeting and financial planning.

Bookkeeping: Recording financial transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and reconciling bank statements.

Basic payment processing

Data entry: Entering financial and administrative data into the company's systems and maintaining accurate records.

Communication: Collaborating with other departments and external stakeholders, such as vendors and clients, to ensure smooth operations and clear financial communication.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
