**We Are Seeking An Administrative Executive To Join Our New Startup Team.**

As An Administrative Executive, You Will Play A Critical Role In Setting Up The Initial Works And Ensuring The Smooth Running Of The Business. You Will Be Responsible For Managing Administrative Tasks, Providing Executive Support, And Handling Day-To-Day Operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Establish And Maintain Office Policies And Procedures, Including Office Supplies, Equipment, And Facilities Management Provide Executive Support To The Leadership Team, Including Managing Calendars, Scheduling Appointments, And Organizing Meetings._
- Manage Communication With Internal And External Stakeholders, Including Customers, Vendors, And Partners Coordinate Travel Arrangements For The Leadership Team And Other Employees As Needed._
- Oversee Accounts Payable And Accounts Receivable Processes, Including Invoicing, Payment Processing, And Vendor Management._
- Manage Company Databases, Including Customer Relationship Management And Accounting Software._
- Assist With HR Functions, Including Recruiting, Onboarding, And Maintaining Employee Files Provide Support For Special Projects, Such As Events, Marketing Campaigns, And Other Initiatives As Needed._
- Serve As A Point Of Contact For External Vendors And Service Providers Take Ownership Of Projects And Tasks And Ensure That They Are Completed On Time And To A High Standard_

Requirements: _Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Management, Or Related Field._
- 2+ Years Of Experience In Administrative Support, Office Management, Or Related Field._
- Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Tasks._
- Simultaneously Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills._
- Demonstrated Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite And Other Relevant Software Applications._
- Experience With Tally, Busy Or Other Accounting Software Is A Plus_
- Knowledge Of HR Functions And Best Practices Is A Plus_
