**Role & responsibilities**
- Work with pattern graders to size pre-production garments and advise cutters and

machinists on making up samples
- Conduct garment fit checking and correction of patterns and make any changes

needed before bulk production
- Incorporate buyers comments on samples and communicate them to the relevant

parties
- Perform quality control checks on raw materials, fabrics, trims, accessories, and

finished products using various tools and methods, such as measuring tapes,

scales, tensile testers, etc.
- Ensure that the products meet the quality and safety standards of the company, the

industry, and the customer, such as size, color, texture, durability, etc.
- Visit factories to check on the process and advise staff on quality standards and

collaborate with various teams to ensure quality across all business operations.
- Identify and report any quality defects, anomalies, or non-conformities to the

quality supervisor, and suggest and implement corrective actions and preventive

measures to improve product quality and reduce waste
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and testing, and prepare and submit

quality reports and documentation to the relevant parties, such as the production

team, the design team, the merchandising team, the buyer, etc.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Work closely with production, design, and

sourcing teams.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹33,706.26 per month
