Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently
Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
Obiectives:
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Handle a high volume of customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Meet or exceed performance targets related to customer service metrics
Qualifications And Skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
Attention to detail and accuracy
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues

**Salary**: ₹12,702.87 - ₹17,450.01 per month
