**Responsibilities**
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Supervise administrative staff
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Will need to travel and get the assets required for the colleagues delivered
Will need to make sure all the required materials which are needed for operations are readily available.
Will need to travel to install CGM whenever it is required.
**Qualifications**
Has an intermediate or Bachelors degree.
Has prior experience of working as an admin.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
