**Responsibilities**:

- **Design Support**: Assist senior architects in developing architectural designs, plans, and drawings for various projects.
- **Research and Development**: Conduct research on architectural trends, materials, and construction techniques to incorporate innovative and sustainable solutions into design projects.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, engineers, and project managers to ensure project objectives are met effectively and efficiently.
- **Drafting and Documentation**: Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications using CAD software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations.
- **Project Coordination**: Assist in coordinating project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget constraints.
- **Client Interaction**: Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and feedback, and incorporate them into design revisions.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure construction progress aligns with design specifications and quality standards.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance architectural skills and contribute to the innovation and growth of the company.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for sustainable design and innovation.
- Previous internship or work experience in architectural firms or related field is a plus.
