1. To keep vigilance on people walking in & out of the hospital.

2. To keep strict vigilance to ensure that no hospital property is pilfered or taken out without authorization.

3. To ensure that no suspended/ dismissed worker enters the hospital premises.

4. To facilitate people towards main lobby, Reception and OPD of the hospital.

5. To inform Security Officer / Supervisor regarding any unclaimed suspicious articles / bags / parcels etc. as and when detected.

6. Ambulances are allowed to go out after booking out in the Vehicle Register after completing requisite columns.

7. To collect all incoming mail and couriers of hospital, enter them on register and hand over to Desk under Administration Department having obtained receipt for the same.

8. To direct all the people to use assigned parking area and to avoid parking in “No Parking Area”

9. To attend the phone calls promptly.

10. To furnish information about entrance & exit time of the Consultants and other staff to HR department and record the same on the relevant register.

11. Frisking/ search of employees is carried out as per the direction of Security officer / Supervisor.

12. No hospital staff members are permitted to go out of hospital without authorized Gate Pass.

13. To strictly prohibit people from using liquor and tobacco in any form.

14. Any unusual occurrence such as flood, fire etc is instantly reported to the Security Supervisor / Security Officer and maintenance staff for remedial action.

15. To undertake any other task as assigned from time to time.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
