- Act as a primary point of contact for assigned schools, providing on-site/online support and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Travel to various school locations as required for implementation, training, support, and client relationship management activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and customization of ERP solutions to meet the unique needs of each school.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in education technology and ERP systems to continuously improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
