This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Raipur. The

Business Development Executive will be responsible for executing lead generation strategies,

creating new business opportunities, managing accounts and clients, and communicating

effectively with stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Identify and engage with potential clients interested in going public through an IPO.

Build relationships with companies seeking to raise capital through the stock market.
- Stay informed about various financial products, investment opportunities, and

market trends. Advise clients on wealth management products such as mutual

funds, bonds, and alternative investments.
- Collaborate with various internal teams, including legal, finance, and marketing, to

facilitate a smooth IPO process.
- Monitor and manage client portfolios to ensure alignment with their financial

objectives. Provide regular updates on portfolio performance and recommend

adjustments when necessary.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and building positive

relationships
- Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company

contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients

Qualifications:

- Proven track record of at least 03 years in Business Development within the

Financial Services sector
- 03 Relevant experience in Financial Services, Mutual Funds, SIP, IPO Market &
Wealth Management.
- Fluent in Hindi and English, enabling effective communication
- Strong Lead Generation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent business and organizational skills
- Account Management skills
- Experience in Corporate Sales and Business Development is a plus
- Degree or relevant qualification in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related
