**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging piano lessons tailored to the needs of each student.
- Foster a supportive and positive learning environment that encourages students' musical growth and self-expression.
- Guide students through their preparation for recitals, competitions, and music examinations.
- Collaborate with the music department to enhance the school's music curriculum and participate in school concerts and events.
- Assess students' progress regularly, providing feedback and strategies for improvement to both students and parents.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and techniques in piano pedagogy to enhance teaching effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- Advanced proficiency in piano performance, with formal qualifications preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching piano to students at various levels, from beginners to advanced.
- A deep understanding of music theory, harmony, and rhythm.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
- A strong commitment to developing students' musical abilities and a genuine interest in their personal growth.
