**Responsibilities**
- Query management related to Real Estate operations Yardi support which includes set-up and update requests related to Investments, Properties, Legal Entities, Banks, Vendors, financial entries uploads and troubleshooting issues.
- Work closely with the business and third party Property Managers to proactively review and investigate data quality issues.
- Participate in the continuing strategic development of the support operating model, and help validate proposed ideas/plans prior to implementation
- Develop business requirement documents for automation projects and data governance rules.
- Helps onboard new clients and funds onto the Yardi platform, helping to drive onboarding activities across teams.
- Helps drive adoption of new tools and business processes across user community.
- Prepare Daily Deposit Reconciliation of property based on yardi and bank statement
- Prepare regular collection comparison reports
- Check and ensure regular recording and payment of utilities bill payment
- Bank reconciliations of properties tasks that is not limited to and would include research and record the outstanding cash items
- Credit Card reconciliations related tasks
- Processing AP/AR including reviewing accounts payable batches for proper coding and approvals, propriety of payments, supporting documents, etc. Post reviewed and approved Accounts Payable batches
- Accurately record income, expenses and changes in assets and liabilities on a monthly basis
- Assist in the month-end closing duties

**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of relevant experience that includes a progressive career trajectory.
- Experience in the Real Estate/Alternative Investments industry or strong aptitude to learn.

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
