**Job Title: Barista/Steward**

**Job Summary**: We are seeking a friendly and motivated Barista/Steward to join our team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages while maintaining a clean and inviting environment for our customers. You will also assist in various stewarding duties to ensure the smooth operation of our establishment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Barista Duties**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and ingredients, including daily specials.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs.
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including espresso machines and grinders.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including washing dishes and utensils.

**Steward Duties**:

- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and service areas.
- Help with the setup and breakdown of dining areas as needed.
- Support kitchen staff with food prep and dishwashing duties.
- Adhere to food safety and health regulations.
- Assist with special events and catering as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to [insert weight] pounds.
- Must be able to handle hot and cold beverages and operate kitchen equipment safely.

Pay: From ₹17,000.00 per month
