Billing & Collections Executive (Only Local &

**Provide general support to visitors**:
- **Answer and direct phone calls**:
- **Manage office supplies stock and place orders**:
- **Inventory Management**:
- **Upkeep of office administrative facilities and ensure availability of daily miscellaneous requirements**:
- **Monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments**:
- **Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills.**:
- **Follow up with the customers till the payment is received.**:
- **Liasoning with the Sales team for any billing related queries.**:
- **Keeping accurate records and reporting on collection activity**:
- **Escalating irregular cases to the supervisor and seeking help in closing them.**
**Stay up-to-date with new products/features/services and new pricing/payment plans**
- **Freshers willing to learn and self-develop can apply**:
- **Ability to communicate clearly & professionally verbally & in writing**:
- **Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)**:
- **Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude**:
- **Possess high integrity and strong business ethics.**:
- **Attention to detail**:

- **Greet and provide general support to visitors**:
- **Develop, implement and improve office policies and procedures**:
- **Planning and preparing monthly reports pertaining to finance required for maintaining office infrastructure and facilities**:
- **Purchase materials and plan inventory**:
- **Acting as an info-hub for providing administration related information and supervising administrative activities like general admin, verification of stationery stock, petty cash, courier, housekeeping, etc.**:
- **Handling office operations confidential mails, quotations, monthly billing, cheques, etc.**:
- **Manage administrative activities involving purchase of equipment, maintenance of procurement, housekeeping, employee induction etc.**:
- **Taking care of office operations to ensure the office operates smoothly. This includes facilities management, fixed asset control & inventory, office cleaning & inspection and office fit out & renovation**:
- **Prepare regular reports on expenses.**
- **Proven work experience as an Administrative Executive or similar role**:
- **In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations**:
- **Hands on experience with MS Office**:
- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills**:
- **Demonstrated strong organizational skills, including time management and ability to prioritize and manage a range of tasks pro-actively.**:

- **Excellent analytical and team management skills**:
- **Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices**
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
