**Job Description: Cyber Security Trainer (Full-Time)**
- **About the Role**:_

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Cybersecurity Trainer to join our team. As a Cybersecurity Trainer, you will deliver high-quality training programs, develop comprehensive curriculum, and equip students with the knowledge and skills needed to thrive in cybersecurity. Your role will involve mentoring students, creating engaging learning experiences, and staying current with industry trends and threats.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- **Develop Curriculum**: Design and update training materials, lesson plans, and hands-on exercises to cover essential cybersecurity concepts and practices.
- **Mentor Students**: Provide one-on-one guidance, support, and feedback to students to help them overcome challenges and achieve their learning goals.
- **Assessment**: Evaluate students’ progress through assessments, projects, and practical exercises.
- **Industry Relevance**: Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in cybersecurity and integrate them into the training programs.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other trainers and the curriculum development team to ensure consistency and quality across all training modules.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Gather feedback from students and continuously improve the training content and delivery methods.
- **Qualifications**:_
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Cybersecurity Professional with hands-on expertise in various cybersecurity domains.
- Prior experience in training, mentoring, or teaching in a formal or informal setting.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in cybersecurity tools and technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, SIEM, and encryption.
- Strong understanding of network security, ethical hacking, threat modeling, and vulnerability management.
- Familiarity with OWASP (Open Web Application Security Project) principles and practices.
- Experience with security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.
- Familiarity with programming/scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
- Knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for teaching and mentoring.
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and student needs.
- **Preferred Qualifications**:_
- Certifications in relevant cybersecurity fields (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+).
- Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNA) and other relevant certifications.
- Experience with incident response and forensic analysis.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity risk management and compliance.
- Knowledge of emerging threats and mitigation strategies.
