Experience

8 - 15 years
- Should be able to analyse and interpret results from tests (Haematology, Biochemistry & Clinical Pathology)
- Planning & implementing of internal Quality Control, External Quality Control & proficiency tests with Laboratory Manager
- Should be able to educate and regularly update technicians in laboratory, regarding the latest lab. Test procedures.
- Ensure results are reported within turnaround time through Laboratory Manager & review their performance.
- Ensure that the tests are carried out as per the established documentation
- Provision of technical inputs for the Laboratory Operations
- Responsible for Quality Management and NABL Audit

Qualification & Other Key requirements:

- PHD Biochemistry and NABL Audit Certified.
- Pleasing personality with good communication skills
- Should be willing to work in flexible shift
- Well versed with MS office

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
