**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Project Planning & Coordination**:
- Assist the Project Manager in the creation of project plans, schedules, and timelines.
- Coordinate project resources, including team members and vendors.
- Track project deliverables and monitor milestones to ensure timely completion.
- Update and maintain project documentation, including project plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
- **Communication & Reporting**:
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including internal teams, external clients, and vendors.
- Organize and participate in project meetings, documenting action points and follow-ups.
- Prepare project status reports and communicate progress to stakeholders regularly.
- **Risk & Issue Management**:
- Identify potential risks and issues related to project execution and escalate them to the Project Manager.
- Assist in developing mitigation plans to resolve issues quickly and minimize project impact.
- **Resource & Task Management**:
- Assist in assigning tasks to project team members and tracking their completion.
- Monitor resource allocation and coordinate with team members to ensure optimal productivity.
- Coordinate with vendors for any outsourced work and track their progress.
- **Documentation & Compliance**:
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, task lists, and status reports.
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and organizational policies.
- **Budget & Cost Management**:
- Support the Project Manager in monitoring project budgets, ensuring all costs are tracked and within the agreed budget.
- Assist with invoice processing and vendor payments related to the project.
- **Quality Assurance**:
- Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and follow-up on testing and feedback processes.
- Assist in the final delivery of the project and post-project evaluations.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in IT or technology-related fields.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Familiarity with IT infrastructure, software development processes, and project management tools like Jira, MS Project, or Trello.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- **Problem-Solving**: Proactive and resourceful, capable of identifying challenges and working with the team to find solutions.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively across departments and teams.
- **Certifications (Optional)**: PMP, PRINCE2, or any related project management certification is a plus.
