**Where you will be working**

**Strictly eggless, vegetarian food**

**Tasks**
- Manages all day-to-day operations of the pastry and bakery section of the kitchen.
- Prepare a wide variety of eggless goods such as _cakes_, cookies, pies, bread etc. following traditional and modern recipes.
- Able to produce all _baked_ goods including but not limited to artisan breads and rolls, muffins, laminated Danish, laminated _croissants_.
- Able to develop, designs, or creates new ideas and items for Pastry Kitchen.
- Create new and exciting desserts to renew _hotels_ _menus_ and engage the interest of customers.
- Ensure excellent quality throughout the dessert offerings.
- Follows proper handling and right temperature of all food products.
- Decorate pastries and desserts using different types of _icings_, toppings etc. and ensure the food presentation will be beautiful and exciting.
- Coordinates activities of cooks and workers engaged in food preparation to assist co-workers.
- Plan bakery menus for wedding events happening frequently at the resort.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Bakery chef: 2 years (required)
- Eggless baking: 1 year (preferred)
