- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- **Curriculum Development**:_ _Design and implement a comprehensive Hindi language curriculum that aligns with educational standards and caters to the diverse needs and learning styles of students._
- **Lesson Planning**:_ _Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments that promote effective learning and engagement._
- **Teaching**:_ _Conduct Hindi language classes for students, fostering a supportive and encouraging classroom atmosphere. Use a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles._
- **Assessment**:_ _Administer and grade assessments, tests, and assignments to evaluate students' progress and provide timely feedback._
- **Cultural Awareness**:_ _Promote an understanding of Hindi culture and heritage, incorporating cultural elements into lessons and activities._
- **Classroom Management**:_ _Maintain a well-organized and disciplined classroom environment, ensuring students' safety and well-being._
- **Parent and Teacher Communication**:_ _Regularly communicate with parents and guardians to provide updates on students' progress and address any concerns._
- **Professional Development**:_ _Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies, materials, and educational technologies to continuously improve teaching skills._
- **Participation**:_ _Actively participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and staff meetings to contribute to the overall development of the school._
- **Qualifications**:_
- _Bachelor's degree in Hindi or a related field. A teaching degree or certification is a plus._
- _Proficiency in Hindi language with excellent written and spoken skills._
- _Previous teaching experience in Hindi, especially with students of various age groups._
- _Strong understanding of curriculum development and educational standards._
- _Excellent communication and interpersonal skills._
- _Classroom management and organization skills._
- _Cultural sensitivity and the ability to promote the appreciation of Hindi culture._
- **Preferred Qualifications**:_

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
